Brownie bites // Brownie biter

ENGLISH RECIPE
Ingredients
• 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
• 1 cup raw cashews
• 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon fine shredded coconut + more for rolling
• 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup rolled oats
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2-5 tablespoons water (if needed)

Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend until it forms a ball or until the mixture sticks together when pressed.
2. Roll the dough into 16 little balls.
3. Place some shredded coconut on a clean surface. Roll the balls in the coconut until evenly coated.

 


NORWGIAN RECIPE
Ingredienser
• 2,5 dl ferske dadler
• 2,5 dl cashewnøtter
• 1 dl kokosmasse + ca 1 dl til å rulle brownie ballene i
• 3 ss bakekakao
• 0,5 dl havregryn
• 1 ts vaniljeekstrakt
• 2-5 ss vann dersom det trengs

Instruksjoner
1. Ha alle ingrediensene i en kjøkkenmaskin med kniver og kjør til en deig du kan forme til små golfballer. Spe på med vann eller havregryn dersom det trengs.
2. Form ca 16 små golfballer.
3. Ha litt kokosmasse i en skål og rull ballene i kokosmassen.
