Super easy Chia pudding w/ Matcha powder

English recipe //

What you need: 

  • 9 tbs Chia seeds
  • 1,7 cups plant milk (I used Rice milk)
  • 1 tbs maple sirup
  • 1 tbs Matcha Powder (I got mine from teathe1st. Get 10% off when using “eatmoreplants10” at checkout. Link: https://bit.ly/2pNsznq)

How you do it: 

  • Mix all the ingrediens together in a bowl and put in the fridge.
  • Make sure to blend again after 1 hour in the fridge, now put it back in the fridge over night.
  • And its done! I added custard (vanilla) and berries on top.

  • 4 dl Plantemelk (jeg brukte Ris melk)
  • 1 ss Maple sirup

Slik gjør du det: 

  • Bland alle ingrediensene i en bolle og sett i kjøleskap.
  • Etter ca en 1 time rør om og sett tilbake i kjøleskapet over natten.
  • Og du er ferdig! Hell over litt vaniljesaus fra plantemelk (jeg brukte Oatly sin) og friske bær.
