What you need for the homemade Chipotle: 

What you need for the taco: 

  • 0,8 cup of Quinoa
  • 1 Heart Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 red onion

What you need to do: 

  • Boil quinoa with 1,7 cups of water
  • Mix all the chipotle ingrediens together in a blender/foodprosessor, and the chipotle is done!
  • Cut the tomato, cucumber, red pepper and onion.
  • Fill the Lettuce with quinoa and all the greens. Top it off with your homemade chipotle!

And you are done, enjoy!

Ingredienser til hjemmelaget “Chipotle”:

  • 2 dl Quinoa
  • 1 Hjertesalat
  • 1 Tomat
  • 1 Agurk
  • 1 Paprika
  • 1 Rødløk

Slik gjør du det: 

  • Kok opp quinoa med 4 dl vann.
  • Bland alle ingrediensene til den hjemmelagde chipotle i en blender eller foodprosessor og den er ferdig!
  • Kutt opp tomat, agurk, paprika og løk.
  • Fyll hjertesalatblarne med quinoa, tomat, agurk, paprika og løk. Topp med din hjemmelagde Chipotle.
