creamy oatmeal // kremet havregrøt

ENGLISH RECIPE

1 serving:
0,5 ripe banana
2 cup plant milk
1 cup rolled oats
0,5 tsp cardamom


Topping:
Frozen blackberries
Dark chocolate
Pepitas

Steps:
1. Mash the banana in a saucepan.
2. Add the oats, plant milk and cardamom to the saucepan.
3. Cook the oatmeal until its thick (2-5 min).
4. Serve in a bowl with the topping.

NORWEGIAN RECIPE

1 porsjon:

½ banan

5 dl plantemelk

2,5 dl Lettkokte havregryn

0,5 ts kardemomme

Topping:

Handfull frossne bjørnebær

Vegansk mørk sjokolade

gresskarkjerner


1. Mos bananen i en kasserolle.
2. Tilsett melk og havregryn i kasserollen.
3. Kok havregrøten til den blir tykk ca. 2-5 minutter.
4. Server varm med toppingen.
