English Recipe

Recipe makes 16 balls:

380g chickpeas

1 cup smooth peanut butter

0.5 cup maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

100g dark vegan chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Set your oven to 347F.
  2. Put all your ingredients except the chocolate in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  3. Now carefully add in your dark vegan chocolate chips by hand, using a spatula.
  4. Roll the dough into small pingpong balls and place them on a baking tray. The dough is very sticky so dip your hands in water before rolling them up.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes. They should be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Enjoy!

Norwegian Recipe

Ingredienser (16 protein cookies):

380 g kikerter

2,5 dl rennende peanøttsmør

1 dl lønnesirup⁠⁣

2 ts vaniljeekstrakt

2 ts bakepulver⁠⁣

1 ts salt⁠⁣

100 g mørk vegansk sjokolade⁠⁣

Slik gjør du det:⁠⁣

  1. Sett ovnen på 175 grader (over og undervarme⁠⁣).
  2. Ha alle ingredienser utenom sjokoladebitene i en kjøkkenmaskin med kniver og kjør til en jevn deig uten klumper.
  3. Vend så inn sjokoladebitene for hånd.
  4. Form deigen i 16 små pingpongballer. Deigen er veldig klissete så våt hendende dine godt før du ruller ut ballene.
  5. Stek proteinballene i ca. 15 minutter og de er spiseklare!
