tuna sandwich // Tunfisksandwich

This tuna sandwich is a perfect lunch box idea! Spread it on whole grain bread and add some avocado, spinach and carrot.


1 can chickpeas
¼ red onion
½ cup of tomatoes
¼ cup celery
0,5 leaf nori (sushi leaf)
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1. Mash the chickpeas with a fork and cut all the other ingredients in small pieces. Mix it all together.
2. Spread on your toast with some lettuce, avocado and carrot.



1 boks kikerter
¼ rødløk
½ cherry tomater
0,5 dl selleri
0,5 Nori blad (sushi blad)
2 ss Tahini
1 ss Dijon sennep

1. Mos kikertene med en gaffel og finhakk alle ingrediensene. Mix alt sammen.
2. Bland sammen til en jevn deig og smør på brødskiven.
