Vegan black bean burger// Vegansk bønneburger

English recipe//

This is what you need to make 4-5 black bean burgers:

  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 red onion
  • 0,5 cucumber
  • 3 tomates
  • 4-5 mushrooms
  • Lettuce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • fresh coriander
  • 2 cans rinsed black beans
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbs corn flour
  • 4-5 burger breads

This is how you do it: 

  1. Set your oven to 200 degrees
  2. Put all the ingredients except the red onion, mushrooms, cucumber and tomatoes in a food prosessor and blend until smooth.
  3. Make 4-5 burgers and fry them in a pan for 3-4 minutes on every side.
  4. Place the burger breads in the oven for 2.3 minutes
  5. Fry the mushrooms in a pan and cut the cucumber, tomatoes and red onion.
  6. Serve the burgers with the vegetables and sauce of choice.

Norwegian recipe//

Dette trenger du til 4-5 bønneburgere: 

  • ½ stor gul løk, finhakket
  • 2 fedd hvitløk, finhakket
  • 1 revet gulrot
  • 1 ts spisskummen
  • 1 ts pepper
  • 1 ts salt
  • 2 ss soyasaus
  • frisk koriander (eller tørket)
  • 2 esker sorte bønner, skylt (2x285g)
  • 2 dl havregryn
  • 2 ss potetmel

Til tilbehøret trenger du:

  • 4-5 Grove pitabrød
  • 1 stk Rødløk
  • 5-10 Sjampinjonger

Slik gjør du det:

  1. Sett ovnen på 200 grader.
  2. Ha alle ingrediensene til burgerne i en stor bolle og kjør sammen til en jevn deig. Bruk stavmikser eller foodprosessor.
  3. Formes til 4-5 store karbonader.
  4. Stekes smør i stekepannen i ca. 2-3 minutter på hver side.
  5. Varm pitabrød i ovnen.
  6. Stek sjampinjong, kutt opp rødløk og salatblar.
